Kumrat is the upper section of the Panjkora Valley in Upper Dir, and one of the most popular summer escapes in the Malakand Division. Deodar forests, a rushing river and high meadows like Jaaz Banda and Katora Lake await at the end of an unmetalled road that only 4x4 vehicles can handle.
